Returns

Items purchased in-store may be returned for a refund within 2 business days of purchase.

You may request a return for online purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in perfect condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any applicable fees

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition with all tags attached

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or not as ordered, please contact us promptly. In such cases, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including any applicable shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces
  • Items not suitable for return due to hygiene considerations

    Returns may be completed by either:
