If you’d like to return an item from your order, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to organise either an exchange/refund via phone 0525655131 or email nataliewalker25@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its new, unworn state with its original tags and packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt (only for orders placed online) or 2 days from the date of purchase where an item was purchased in our store.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
